Evo 9 — a vivid cobalt blue with a heavy fine blue shimmer. Inspired by my friend's Mitsubishi Evolution 9. 'Evo 9' for short. This electric blue catches the light just like the paint on the car, bringing that eye catching Evo Blue right to your nails.
