Flat Out – Matte Top Coat
This is a 50ML refill bottle. This bottle comes with a twist top cap in a squeeze bottle for easy refilling. This bottle will refill our 15mL regular bottle 3.5 times (regular 15ml bottle not included).

A matte top coat that transforms any polish into a smooth, shine free finish. Dries evenly with a soft, velvety finish.
